Derun BT Mold is a precision mould manufacturing and injection moulding company with design support in Germany and manufacturing operations in Shenzhen, China. Our services cover mould design, mould manufacturing, mould trials and injection moulding production.
With more than 35 years of mould manufacturing experience and over 15 years supporting international customers, we are experienced in working with commonly specified mould standards and component systems, including DME, HASCO and Meusburger. We serve the automotive, medical, packaging and other technical industries.
Our specialist capabilities include collapsible-core moulds, high-precision moulds, 2K moulds, family moulds, overmoulding moulds and multi-cavity moulds.
Our team of 50 skilled employees works across two production shifts. We manufacture more than 200 moulds and collapsible-core assemblies each year. In-house mould trials, pre-shipment inspection and responsive after-sales support help us maintain controlled lead times and consistent quality.

Controlled from DFM to validated samples.
DFM review, machining, EDM, fitting, mould trials and dimensional inspection are managed against the approved mould specification. Tool steel, standard components and hot-runner systems follow the approved bill of materials. No substitution is made without customer approval.
Technical support from design review to mould delivery.
