Our in-house equipment supports precision machining, electrode production, wire EDM, dimensional inspection, fitting and pre-shipment mould trials.
Manufacturing scope
We operate two production shifts and manufacture moulds up to 15 tonnes and 1.8 × 1.5 metres. Four injection moulding machines are available for mould trials. Project size, machine availability and trial requirements are confirmed during quotation and project planning.
Project control
Documented reviews from design approval to shipment.
Each project follows defined stages: DFM review, design approval, tool-steel procurement, mould manufacturing, T1 mould trial, dimensional inspection, sample review and follow-up trials where required. Reports, open-item lists and sample approvals keep decisions traceable.

Project team
Direct support throughout the mould project.
Our engineering and manufacturing team coordinates mould assembly, trials, inspection and customer communication between Shenzhen and Germany.
Approved supply options
Specified components from established suppliers.
Tool steel, mould components, connection systems, coatings and hot-runner systems are selected according to the approved specification and bill of materials. Equivalent alternatives are submitted for review; no substitution is made without customer approval.
